My daughter created an op art hand picture.
There are several similar tutorials on youtube for creating op art hands.
As this video says, the project is quite simple. After tracing a hand very lightly straight lines are drawn across the paper which are arched inside the boundaries of the hand. Once the lines are drawn the page is colored.
The hand just seems to jump off the page when the drawing is complete.
