Near the base hospital in Landstuhl Germany is a rehabilitation school for German kids with a great playground which allows public use. Much of the fenced in playground is accessible to wheelchairs including a swing designed for wheelchairs.
The ramp and internal passages of this climbing structure is wheelchair accessible.
Wheelchairs can roll up the the forest xylophon.
Sand play may be difficult, but wheelchairs can roll up to the pump mechanism.
My children enjoyed this park and would like to return. To access the park, exit the A62 and head toward the Landstuhl base. Follow the signs for Reha Zentrum.
I am an American homeschooling mother of three living in Germany and raising one child with Leukemia.
